GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

Any person who accesses the site of the TRADUILI agency (https://www.traduili.com) undertakes to respect the present conditions of use. Any person consulting the site is responsible for the data that he or she distributes, uses and/or transfers and undertakes to respect the Tunisian regulations in force, in particular those relating to manifestly illicit content (offences against public decency, incitement to racial hatred, paedophilia, etc.) or to the protection of third party rights (intellectual property rights, etc.). The User is solely responsible for the comments or contributions that he/she puts online via the blog on the Site, as well as the texts and/or opinions that he/she formulates via this blog. In this respect, he/she guarantees Traduili against all claims, based directly or indirectly on these comments and/or data, that may be brought by anyone against Traduili. Colivia reserves the right to delete all or part of the User’s comments or contributions on the Site, at any time and for any reason whatsoever, without prior warning or justification. The User shall not be entitled to make any claim in this respect.

Art. 6 Liability:

Traduili cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension or termination of the Site, for any reason whatsoever, or for any material or immaterial damage that may result in any way from the connection to the Site. The User’s connection to the Site is made under his/her sole responsibility. Traduili shall not be held liable for any malfunction or impossibility of access to the Site, attributable to the User’s access provider, to congestion of the Internet network, to unsuitable equipment or to any other circumstance beyond Traduili’s control.

In the event of disclosure or usurpation of a User’s identification details to/by a third party, the User will be responsible for all actions taken through his/her personal User account, whether fraudulent or not.

– that they are aware that Traduili does not and cannot exercise any control whatsoever over the nature or characteristics of the data accessible on the Internet and which may pass through its services and that, consequently, Colivia cannot assume any responsibility which may arise directly or indirectly from such data;

– that the data circulating on the Internet is not protected against possible misuse;

– that it is the User’s responsibility to take all appropriate measures to ensure the protection of his/her own data and/or software against any contamination by viruses and against any attempt by third parties to gain access to his/her system;

In this context, the User acknowledges having read and irrevocably accepted these General Terms of Use.

Art. 8 Applicable law and jurisdiction:

The present General Terms of Use are governed by Tunisian law and the User, by accepting the present Terms of Use, irrevocably gives exclusive jurisdiction to the Tunisian courts. The Courts of the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Tunis shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these General Terms of Use, even in the event of multiple defendants or third party claims.
